Women's Wilderness Wisdom

  • Holistic Survival School 38 McDaris Cove Road Weaverville, NC, 28787 United States (map)

It is every woman's birthright to feel at home in her skin and in nature.  Join us for a weekend of befriending the wilderness outside of ourselves as well as within!  We will adventure into the forest and learn how to make fire, build shelter, find food and prepare meals on a cooking fire.  We will practice the ancient arts of invisibility, of seeing through our animal eyes, and of moving through the forest as animals move.

The wild feminine is at home in the darkness, the unknown, the in-between.  She is creative and she is brave.  The wild feminine is soft and flexible but her power is also tenacious.  She has many different faces and aspects. Through story, song, games, contemplative practices, challenges, and space to just be, participants will learn practical skills for nature connection and wilderness survival, the woman's way. Expect to leave this weekend feeling inspired and tuned in to your deep core vitality!

*We welcome all expressions of womanhood, and anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome to join*
