What do you teach?

We teach Earth skills, a.k.a. primitive skills, living skills, and "survival" skills.  We teach skills to people who wish to live in deeper connection to the natural world.  The skills are not the end goal, they are merely tools to better understand ourselves, our community and the Earth.  Click here to see a full list of skills we teach.

Where are you located?

Our main class site is located in Barnardsville, NC (about 30 minutes outside of Asheville). Once you sign up for specific classes you will get more detailed directions to your class site.

Can I bring my child?

The large majority of our classes are designed for adults.  However, we wish to facilitate generational learning in all of our classes, therefore, in Private classes, children 13 - 17 are allowed to attend classes with a accompanying guardian and their own purchased ticket.
