Make your own Hand Drum.

  • Villagers 278 Haywood Road Asheville, NC, 28806 United States (map)

You have the right to be heard. What better way to use your voice and open your ears than to learn how to make your own hand drum. In this three hour class, we will be using locally sourced, rawhide deer skin and cedar drum frames to create our own sacred hand drum. This drum will be perfect for ceremony as well as a beautiful piece of art for your home. We will be making our drum in the Anishinaabe (Great Lakes Region) tradition.
